5 Ways to Help You Minimize Cell Phone Radiation Emissions
Here are some sound solutions that can help minimize the EMR your phone emits:
1. Use your cell phone on speakerphone. While this is a great solution and I strongly recommend it, it’s simply not practical much of the time. Especially if you are in a public place where rules of discretion and proper etiquette prevail.
Another problem is that not all cell phones have speakerphones — and even those that do may have poor sound quality. I do recommend that if you are choosing a new cell phone, make sure it comes with a speakerphone option.

neuroblastoma, present from birth, has spread from his adrenal gland to form several tumours throughout his body. It sounds devastating but,for now, doctors do not intend to treat the two-year-old, as evidence

Above is a paragraph from a news story in the Canbera Times. It makes me wonder what is there in the child’s environment which would cause this cancer. Was there a wireless monitor? An electric heater pad? Electrical game? A DECT telephone nearby? WiFi in the next room? Sleeping close to an electrical transformer? Electrical wiring or electrical device?
If the child recovers, I will take a guess that the cancer was caused by either a wireless monitor or a heating pad no longer being used. If the child dies, I would guess on any combination of the other wireless or electrical items. How many parents have been told by their doctors that they must ensure the home environment is safe from cancer causing
radiation? When are health professionals going to realise that if they
want to save the lives of children with cancer, that they must
investigate the home environment of the child and they must ensure that it is safe from all the above hazards.

I’m an 18 year old male and I’ve already had quite a few cell phones via switching carriers and what not. I’m so paranoid about the cell phone & brain cancer link since reading an article about an increased risk in people under 20 years old. I can say that I do not talk as much as I do text, and if I do talk my phone is usually on speaker, and my conversations honestly, only last under a minute. How excessively would you need to use a cell phone in order to be at risk of developing brain cancer in the future? I’m pretty concerned here obviously. Thanks so much!
Don Teresa – You seem to be wisely cautious. IF it is ever proven that cell phones cause cancer, it would likely take you at least 10 lifetimes to worry. Seriously, there will always be people who use unproven suspicions to scare others and sell sensation scare stories.
To protect your ears from serious hearing loss, you should avoid excessively loud sound from any source, if you can. Some people carry a tiny pair of soft ear plugs when going to a loud concert or blast high sound into their earphones. That will over time, like years, cause permanent hearing loss.
